What we collect, and why
When you place an order we collect your name, email, shipping address and phone number — the things a parcel needs. Payment details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor; your card number never touches our servers. Stripe’s handling of your data is described in the Stripe privacy policy.
We send transactional email about your order (confirmation, shipping) from info@mutoumise.com. If you join our newsletter we send one or two letters a season; every letter has an unsubscribe link, and leaving is instant.
Accounts
An account is optional — you can always check out as a guest. If you make one, it stores your order history and addresses so checkout is faster. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by writing to info@mutoumise.com.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to run the shop: keeping your cart together, keeping you signed in, and remembering choices like dismissing a notice. If you accept measurement cookies we may also use them to understand how our ads perform; declining changes nothing about how the shop works.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the services that operate the shop: Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (hosting and email delivery), and the postal carriers that bring you your parcel.
